Destination, dates and honeymoon spending in one place, kept apart from your wedding budget.
The honeymoon is usually decided in the same month as the most expensive wedding items, and that causes two recurring problems. Either the two budgets blur together and nobody can say afterwards how much went on the wedding and how much on the trip, or the trip gets pushed so far down the list that the passport expiry date only comes up in the final week. The Honeymoon module deals with both. The trip has its own budget that never flows into the wedding totals, costs add up by category, and you can ask for AI suggestions for the to-do list based on where you are going and how long you are staying.

A budget of its own
The honeymoon budget is kept apart from the wedding budget. The Budget page shows it on its own card, and warns you if a honeymoon item also appears among your wedding budget lines.
Costs in six categories
Travel, accommodation, food, activities, insurance and other. The card header keeps a running total against your budget, turning red the moment you go over.
A to-do list you can tick off
Add your own tasks and check them off. The header shows how many are done out of the total, so you can see at a glance where the preparation stands.
AI to-do suggestions
Based on the destination, the dates and the number of nights, the AI proposes up to 12 concrete tasks. Generated items are labelled as AI generated and can be deleted individually.
How to use it

Enter the destination
Open the Honeymoon page and type where you are going. This is the key field: the AI suggestions button only becomes active once a destination is set, and the suggestions are built from it.

Set departure and return
The two dates are saved as a pair. If you pick a departure that would fall after the return, the return date moves with it, so you never end up with an impossible date range.

Give the trip a budget
Enter what you plan to spend in the Budget field. The amount is shown in the currency set for your wedding, and it stays out of the wedding budget totals.

Add your costs
Pick a category, type the name of the item and the amount, then press Add. Items collect in a list and the running total in the header updates immediately.

Ask for AI suggestions and run the checklist
The AI suggestions button appends destination-specific tasks to your list. At the bottom of the page you can expand the Travel safety block: a pre-departure checklist covering passport, visa, vaccinations and insurance.
Pro tips
Once a cost sits in the honeymoon list, do not enter it again among your wedding budget items. The Budget page flags it when it spots a honeymoon line there, but avoiding the duplicate is cheaper than hunting it down later.
Ask for AI suggestions once the destination and the dates are settled. The model also uses the number of nights, so accurate dates produce a more useful list.
Treat the AI tasks as a starting point. For visa, vaccination and entry requirements the official consular page is the authoritative source, and the Travel safety block links straight to it.
Passport validity catches people out most often: many countries expect six months of validity beyond your return date. Put it at the top of the list, because a replacement passport takes weeks.
The free plan allows five cost items and five to-dos, and the AI is limited to five messages per month. If you keep a more detailed trip plan, the Pro plan removes the item limits.

No. The trip has its own budget and its own cost items, and none of it feeds into the wedding totals. The Budget page shows honeymoon spending on a separate card, clearly marked as a separate budget.
What exactly does the AI suggestions button do?

How reliable are the AI suggestions?
Useful as a starting point, not as a source of truth - which is why the page states that suggestions are informational only. The Travel safety block is deliberately not AI generated: it is a fixed checklist that points to the official consular page.
Which currency are the amounts shown in?
The currency configured for your wedding. If you are paying for the trip in another currency, it helps to note the original price in the item name so you can trace it later.
Can I delete the AI generated tasks?
Yes, any of them. Generated items behave exactly like your own: they can be ticked off and deleted. Deletion asks for confirmation, so a misplaced tap will not remove an important task.
