Collect guest photos with a QR code - Your shared wedding gallery
Put the QR code on the tables and your guests send their own photos, with no app and no sign-up.
Your photographer covers the ceremony, the group shots and the big moments. Everything else lives on your guests' phones: the laughter outside the entrance, the kids' table, the dancing at two in the morning. Those pictures normally scatter across a dozen chat threads and never end up in one place. This module gives them a single destination. You create a collection, print its QR code, and guests upload from their own phone with nothing to install and no account to make. You see everything in one moderated gallery, and you can download the lot.
What it can do
A printable QR code and a link
Every collection gets a secret link and a QR code, rendered on the server as an SVG. Print it for the tables, add it to the invitations, or simply copy the link and send it.
Uploads without an app or an account
Guests open the link, optionally add their name, and upload. No registration, nothing to install. Up to 8 MB per photo, in JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC.
A per-guest photo limit
You set how many photos one guest may send. The count is tied to an identifier stored in the browser, generated separately for each collection, so there is a sensible ceiling without asking anyone to sign up.
A gallery you can moderate
You review the photos on your own page. Any of them can be hidden if you would rather not see it, or permanently deleted. Hiding is reversible, deleting is not, and the interface says so before you act.
Download everything at once
Download all pages through the entire collection and packs it into a ZIP. Large galleries are split into several files so the browser does not choke, with a progress bar running and a cancel button available throughout.
How to use it

Create the collection
On the Guest photos page, name the collection, set how many photos one guest may send, and optionally pick a reveal time. Then press Create collection.

Share the QR code or the link
The QR code button shows the code, ready to print for the table cards. If you would rather send it in a message, Copy link puts the address of the upload page on your clipboard.

See what has arrived
Show photos opens the gallery. Each picture carries the name of whoever uploaded it, or Anonymous if they did not give one. In a large collection the first 500 photos are shown here.

Hide or delete what you do not want
The eye icon under a photo hides it, the bin deletes it for good. Hidden photos appear faded in your own view and land in a separate folder inside the downloaded ZIP.

Close it, then download the lot
When you do not want any more uploads, Close uploads shuts the collection; you can reopen it later at any time. Download all still works, and saves the complete set.
Pro tips
Print a line of text next to the QR code telling people what you want. Send us your photos brings in far more uploads than an unexplained code.
The per-guest limit counts per device, not per person. If a whole family uploads from one phone, they share the allowance - worth keeping in mind when you pick the number.
iPhones shoot in HEIC by default and the uploader accepts it. When a photo is rejected anyway, it is almost always the 8 MB size limit.
Deleting a collection takes every photo in it with it, and guests cannot upload them again. Download the archive first, delete afterwards.
The free plan allows one collection holding up to 50 photos in total. Closed collections still count, so closing one does not reset the allowance.
Frequently asked questions
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The QR code opens an ordinary web page where they can upload straight from their camera or photo library. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Can guests see each other's photos?
No. The upload page shows only the name of the collection and the photo limit - no gallery, no guest list, no wedding data. The photos that come in are visible to you alone, on your own page.
What is the reveal time for?
It marks when you intend to open the pictures up. Until then the collection carries a Hidden badge in your list. You can still see every photo the whole time, because otherwise you could not moderate them.
Where are the photos stored and who can reach them?
In private storage that is not reachable at any public address. The gallery generates a short-lived signed link for each photo that expires within an hour, and the upload page is blocked from search engines.
How do I get all the photos in one go?
With the Download all button. It pages through the collection and packs it into a ZIP; a very large gallery arrives as several files. Filenames include the name of the person who uploaded, and hidden photos go into their own folder.
