What is Wedding Co-Pilot?
Wedding Co-Pilot is an AI wedding planning app for couples, built for the Hungarian market. It handles vendors, budget, guest list, seating, the day-of timeline and the guest page in one place, with prices in HUF and Hungarian wedding traditions built in.
It is not a vendor directory: there is no paid placement, and no supplier can buy a better position.
Why it exists
Most couples plan their wedding across five different tools: a spreadsheet for the budget, a chat thread for the vendors, a note app for the timeline, a shared album for the inspiration, and their memory for everything else. The parts that actually take time - comparing quotes, keeping the budget honest, seating people who should not sit together - are exactly the parts a spreadsheet cannot help with.
Wedding Co-Pilot was built to take those parts over: paste a quote and get it structured, ask whether a price is realistic in Hungary, let the seating optimizer find the conflicts you forgot.
Who builds it
Wedding Co-Pilot is built and maintained by Parais Gergely, a Hungarian sole trader. It is an independent product with no agency or vendor directory behind it.

How we handle your data
- Your wedding data is tied to your own account and protected by database-level row security.
- Guest lists imported from Excel are parsed in your browser: the AI only ever sees a masked sample row when it maps the columns.
- AI answers are generated by OpenAI models (GPT-4o and GPT-4o mini) and are for informational purposes only.
- Your guest page and every shared link are set to noindex, so they never appear in search engines.

Does Wedding Co-Pilot take money from wedding vendors?
No. There is no vendor directory and no paid placement, so nothing in the app is influenced by which supplier pays the most. The app is funded by the couples who subscribe.
What happens to my wedding data?
Your wedding data stays in your own account, protected by row level security. Guest lists are never sent to the AI: only the parts you explicitly ask it to work with leave your browser.
