This page collects the provider details that Hungarian law (Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commerce services, Section 4) requires to be published. The same details appear in Section 2 of the Terms and in Section 1 of the Privacy Policy - all three are rendered from a single source, so they cannot drift apart.

The In short summaries are informational and are there to help you follow the section. The full text always prevails legally.

This document is available in Hungarian and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

1. The Provider

Registering authority: at the time of writing, the register of Hungarian sole traders is maintained by the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), which took it over on 1 July 2020. From 1 January 2027 the register moves to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry; the registration number stays the same.

No licence or regulated profession applies. The Provider is not subject to a regulated profession regime and has not subscribed to any code of conduct.

2. Hosting providers

In shortHungarian law also requires naming the hosting providers. The application runs on Vercel; the database sits in the Supabase Frankfurt data centre.

Section 4(h) of Act CVIII of 2001 requires the Provider to publish the details of its hosting providers as well. The Service relies on two:

Both appear on the subprocessor and recipient list, which also states the legal basis for any transfer.

3. Contact and complaints

In shortWe answer written complaints on the merits within 30 days and keep the complaint and our reply for 3 years.

For general enquiries you can use the form on the Contact page or the email address above; complaints are accepted in writing at the email address above. The Provider answers written complaints in writing and on the merits within 30 days of receipt, and retains the complaint together with a copy of the reply for 3 years, as required by Section 17/A of Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection.
