This page collects the provider details that Section 4 of Hungarian Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services requires to be published. The same details appear in Section 2 of the Terms and in Section 1 of the Privacy Policy - all three are rendered from a single source, so they cannot drift apart.

This document is available in Hungarian and English. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails, except where the English version is more favourable to a Consumer.

1. The Provider

Registering authority: at the time of writing, the register of Hungarian sole traders is maintained by the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV), which took it over on 1 July 2020. Under the act adopted by the Hungarian Parliament in March 2026, the register moves to the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 1 January 2027; the registration number stays the same. This notice will be updated when the change takes effect.

No licence or regulated profession applies. The Provider is not subject to a regulated profession regime and has not subscribed to any code of conduct.

2. Hosting providers

In shortHungarian law also requires naming the hosting providers. The application runs on Vercel; the database sits in the Supabase Frankfurt data centre.

Section 4(h) of the same Act requires the Provider to publish the details of its hosting providers as well. The Service relies on two:

This section names the hosting providers that Hungarian electronic commerce law requires. Primary storage in the EU does not exclude authorised technical or support access from outside the EEA. 3. Contact and complaints

In shortWe answer written complaints on the merits within 30 days and keep the complaint and our reply for 3 years.

For general enquiries you can use the form on the Contact page or the email address above. Complaints can be submitted in writing by email to the address above or by post to Parais Gergely, 8045 Isztimér, Jókai utca 3., Hungary; a complaint that arrives through the contact form is also handled as a complaint. The Provider answers written complaints in writing, on the merits and in a verifiable manner within 30 days of receipt, and retains the complaint together with a copy of the reply for 3 years, as required by Section 17/A of Act CLV of 1997 on consumer protection; this does not affect any longer retention required by another legal obligation.
