What is Wedding Co-Pilot?
Wedding Co-Pilot is an AI-powered online wedding planner developed by Parais Gergely, a Hungarian sole trader. It helps couples manage vendors, budget, guest list, seating, timeline, and cultural advice - all in one place.
Who is Wedding Co-Pilot for?
Primarily for couples planning their own wedding without a professional coordinator - especially those juggling many vendors, tracking a detailed budget, or planning a culturally mixed ceremony.
What is the difference between the Free and Pro plans?
The Free plan allows up to 3 vendors and 30 guests, 25 budget items and 25 to-dos (of which 15 and 16 come from the starter template), and 3 AI messages per month. Spreadsheet import, online RSVP, shareable links and co-planner invitations are paid. The guest page, printable cards, seating chart, timeline, printing and data export are included on the Free plan. Pro (monthly) removes every limit, and the Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that includes all future updates forever. Limits apply to adding new items only: what you have already entered stays and can be exported.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your monthly Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex and digital wallets where available. We never store card details.
How secure is my data?
The app runs on Supabase infrastructure in an EU data centre with Row Level Security. All connections are HTTPS/TLS encrypted and the app follows GDPR-compliant practices.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes - it's a responsive web app that works on mobile, tablet, and desktop. No app download needed; you can also add it to your home screen as a PWA.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Email weddingcopilot@outlook.com with a deletion request. We'll action it within 30 days, except for data we're legally required to retain.
