For any questions, suggestions or bug reports, we are happy to help. Most inquiries are answered within 24 hours on business days.

We use the name, email address, subject and message you enter solely to answer your enquiry. The form is delivered through Formspree, Inc. (USA); the transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Details: Privacy policy (sections 3.9 and 3.10).

How we handle your message

  • What we collect: the name, email address, subject and message you type into the form. We do not collect anything else through it.
  • Purpose and legal basis: answering your enquiry. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or steps prior to it, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) - our legitimate interest in answering questions addressed to us.
  • Who else sees it: Formspree, Inc. (USA) delivers the form to us and keeps it in its dashboard, acting as our processor under the Standard Contractual Clauses. If you prefer, write to the email address below instead.
  • How long we keep it: until the matter is closed. If it concerns a complaint or a refund, we keep it for the statutory period.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and a complaint to the supervisory authority. See sections 5 and 8 of the privacy policy.
