Clarifications following a legal audit, solely in the User's favour and as factual corrections, hence effective immediately. Terms: the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to every paid plan (pro-rata fee on monthly plans, full refund on Lifetime), the Planner plan described, an indicative forint price, the July 2025 complaint-handling rules, jurisdiction at the court of the registered seat. Privacy: cultural and religious background treated as special category data under explicit consent; new Section 2.9 on the contact form, co-planners, guest replies, document analysis and import; error alerts with digested identifiers; rights deadlines stated in months. Cookie notice: the sign-in cookie named, the non-existent CSRF item removed. Subprocessors: OpenAI's 30-day retention and the basis for transferring special category data. New feature: data export from the Settings page.

The legal document set was split into standalone pages. The Terms gained definitions, the technical steps of electronic contracting, the licence covering user content, conformity and update obligations, the right to data extraction and switching, beta features, an infringement reporting procedure and a list of separately highlighted clauses. New documents: AI Feature Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Notice, Data Processing Terms, Subprocessor list and Legal notice.
